We're looking for someone who can:

  • Facilitate training sessions for a multilingual audience, in both classroom and online environments.
  • Ensure that course standards, training requirements and objectives are met.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance of courses to UK CAA and EASA standards.
  • Research, design, develop and maintain course material using MS Office applications.
  • Be responsible for student safety during practical training.
  • Take on additional projects and duties as assigned by Management.
  • Have a flexible approach to working days and hours.
  • Assist with 'front of house' duties when required.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders within the business.
  • Travel Overseas and in the UK to deliver training if required.


JOB REQUIREMENTS


Further requirements for the role: 

Essential: 

  • Have operated as Cabin Crew, or a Pilot with previous Cabin Crew experience, and hold or have held an EASA Attestation
  • Have experience in delivering training in SEP, CRM and/or Aviation First Aid training 
  • Recognised certificate in teaching and learning
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence

Desirable: 

  • Aviation Security and Dangerous Goods qualification 
  • Experience of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and authoring E-Learning
